Quick ‘n’ Easy Gin Fizz

Welcome to your first O&TV cocktail class!

Today we are learning to make a Quick 'n' Easy Gin Fizz. I prefer a more savoury, herby cocktail so if you want to make this sweeter swap the presse for raspberry lemonade.

🌱 50ml @cotswoldsdistillery Gin

🥒 50ml Flavour (I'm using @belvoirfruitfarms Cucumber and Mint Pressé)

🍾 Top-up with Prosecco

🍓 Garnish with strawberry, mint and cucumber

Note: This recipe makes a strong cocktail, if you want to make it slightly less alcoholic, just reduce the Gin to 25ml but keep the flavour the same. You can also use soda water to top up if you don’t have Prosecco to hand.
