This weeks wine of the week is the 2018 Viñalba Selección Torrontés. If you haven't heard of Torrontés then add it to your list of fresh and fruity sunny day wines! An aromatic grape variety that taste's like you're on holiday.

This wine delivers tropical fruit flavours like lychee, pineapple, melon and peach along with a perfume of white blossom.

This is a fabulous spring drink, that we'll be taking straight from the fridge to the garden. We have paired it with a prawn stir fry with a mild heat to it.
