Food has the ability to make or break a wine. Separately they can be wonderful, but when paired they can elevate what we are tasting and bring out flavours that may not have been so prominent.

This Syrah / Cinsault blend ‘En Passant’ from Domaine Gayda was the perfect accompaniment to our charcuterie and pizza night, where we served a margarita pizza with buffalo mozzarella and sund-dried tomatoes, balsamic salad and a range of charcuterie meats and paired it with a variety of wines. This was by far our favourite.
