Summer Rosé - Cono Sur

This wine, is a supermarket buy from Chilean winery Cono Sur, who's purpose is to bring expressive wines into the market that convey the spirit of the new world. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

For 17 years they have been organic certified and their sustainability report makes for an interesting read: using Gueese as pest control and bicycles to get around their vineyards (the bicycle on the bottle and label are clear identifiers of their bicicleta range of wines).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This Rosé is a fruity pinot noir full of red berries - strawberry, cherry and raspberry. It has a bit of sweetness on the pallette (but not too much) which gives it flexibility to pair with a wide range of foods - including dessert.
