Your spring wine selection

Spring has sprung and I'm getting prepped for more and more in person tastings over April and May πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

Spring is one of my favourite times of the year to put together wines. One minute you're basking in the sun, sunnies on shouting 'RosΓ© all day'. The next, you're shivering by the fire, looking for a big ol hug in a mug red.

Some of the things I'll be selecting;

GrΓΌner Veltliner - light, spritz, citrus
GewΓΌrztraminer – fresh, aromatic, yummy
Dryer RosΓ©s - dry, fruity, elegant
Gamay – floral, light bodied, berry
Pinot Noir - classic, foodie, cherries
Sicilian Nero D'Avola - full bodied, cherry, warming
